This Refund Policy applies to purchases of quez products (the "Service"). Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record and handles refund requests on our behalf.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and the current period is non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Prepaid quez Cloud build credits are consumed as you build. Unused credit may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not been substantially used. Credit that has already been consumed, and free promotional credit, are non-refundable.
Email support@quez-ai.com with your account email and the charge in question, or use the receipt sent by Paddle to request a refund directly. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
If you believe you were charged twice or without authorization, contact us right away and we will investigate and refund any erroneous charge.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.
