These Terms govern your use of the quez desktop app, website, and cloud services (the "Service"), provided by quez ("quez", "we"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must sign in to use cloud features and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. One free credit allotment per person/identity; abuse or circumvention may result in suspension.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the current billing period. Prepaid build credit is handled under our Refund Policy.
You own the code and content you create with quez. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. processing your prompts through the AI provider for quez Cloud, and hosting an app you choose to publish). You're responsible for what you build and publish, and for having the rights to it.
Don't use quez to build or host anything unlawful, infringing, malicious, or abusive, and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer the hosted services, or evade usage limits/billing. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
The Service relies on third parties including Anthropic (AI), Paddle (payments), and cloud hosting. Your use of quez Cloud is also subject to the AI provider's acceptable-use terms.
quez is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that builds, deployments, or AI output will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, quez will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You may stop using quez anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Your locally-stored code remains yours.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
